Meet the Officers
Zach Reese
President
Class of 2028
From Seattle, WA
Human Biology Major
I'm Zach, this year's President! I joined the club my freshman year, looking to get into showing after having ridden my whole life but never showing. I ended up not only getting to show, but also meeting some awesome people and making some great memories at shows, socials, and other events throughout the years!
Jordan Sanfillippo
Vice President
Class of 2027
From Corona, CA
Animal Science Major with an Equine Specialization
The first thing I did upon finding out I was going to Davis was look for a western team. I knew nothing about the town or anyone in it, but I knew I wanted to ride when I got there. I’ve been a part of this club ever since and have loved and learned so much. I’m so honored to help run it this year!
Lily Hatch

Class of 2027
From Kansas City, MO
Art Studio & Design Majors
Hi! I'm Lily, the Social Chair!
Through riding, I have learned so many valuable skills and lessons that have positively impacted who I am now, and I'm so grateful for my two fabulous little quarter horses: Fancy and Zane!
Every year I meet more amazing, supportive, and kind individuals who share a love of horses through the club. The community we foster has always been the highlight of the team for me, and I'm so excited to experience more.
Gracie Ortman
Secretary
Class of 2027
From Martinez, CA
Psychology Major and Equine Science Minor
Hi, I'm Gracie! I have been riding and working with horses for most of my life, competing in many different disciplines here and there. I joined the club in 2025 as a transfer student, and quickly found this welcoming community that made finding my place at Davis so much easier. I also wanted to challenge myself by competing in Western events at a higher level than I had before, which made joining the club a perfect solution. Traveling to shows all over the place with the club has given me some of my favorite memories and some really great friends. I’m so excited to be part of the officers crew this year and can’t wait to see what’s in store!
Eadora Moradkhan
Treasurer
Class of 2028
From Modesto
International Agricultural Development Major
Hi everybody, I'm Eadora, and I'll be this year's treasurer! I love being outside and going for trail rides with my friends. I joined the club my freshman year and since then have connected with some great people in a welcoming space. I've gotten to learn about different western disciplines in an encouraging environment, and have traveled to some fun places for shows. My favorite memory with the team is going to the White Sands National Park all together in New Mexico during semi-finals!
